I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience with Len Rizzo Electric, I felt like I had to. Last week, half the outlets in my house mysteriously stopped working. I called a few companies, but everyone was too pricey and busy to help. Then a neighbor recommended Len Rizzo Electric. From the moment I called, I knew I was in good hands. Len was polite, quick to respond, and scheduled me in within two days. Len himself showed up right on time (a rarity these days), introduced himself with a firm handshake and a smile, and got right to work. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain everything he was doing in plain English. Turned out a squirrel had chewed through some wiring in the attic (who knew?!), and it was causing a short. He not only fixed the issue but also added protective sheathing so it wouldn’t happen again. Before leaving, he double-checked the whole panel, tightened some connections “just to be safe,” and even changed a faulty light switch in the hallway that I hadn’t mentioned. I went with the later because the extra money was worth not having to manually turn it on and off. I appreciated being given a couple options. In addition, he noticed a slight leak in our filter and noticed it needed a new gasket. It wasn't a large leak and we had ignored it after we couldn't figure out why it was leaking, but it made a huge difference in the performance of our filter. He also checked in on his own initiative a few days later to ask if everything was working as it should. Exceptional service!

He was clear about what he needed us to do to prepare for his work, which is so helpful! He arrived on time and did a thorough job wiring and grounding our above ground pool, and was able to install some extra outdoor outlets. He was in constant contact with the town inspector, so that the inspector was able to visit the same day and we wouldn't have to wait to refill the trench, (saved our grass)! WOW!! I know who to call for all my electrical needs going forward. Len Rizzo and his wife are amazing people. I got in contact with him by my pool installer and he did not disappoint. First let me start by saying he had amazing communication with me through out the whole process from start to finish, from getting the permits needed to suggestions on where to place the electrical to even helping me save money by me digging my own trench for the electrical work. He was very nice and has so much knowledge. I was able to call or even text him everyday if I had a question about the upcoming work. To make things even better he came out to my house and did the work on a Sunday morning while I went to an air show. Len is one of the rare professionals who actually answers the phone and/or responds quickly. I needed to get some electrical work done around my recently-purchased home's pool pump room, and he was quick to come out and take a look. When I told him I had a particular (smart Z-wave) timer I wanted to use, he was happy to take a look at it before I purchased it to make sure it would meet our needs, and then installed it quickly and cleanly just a day or two after it arrived. He helped get the pool wiring into tip-top shape on short notice and was knowledgeable enough to prepare for my planned upgrades to the pool equipment even though I don't have any of the specifics yet.
